Shipping & Returns

Delivery Times:
Delivery times will vary. Expect a delay in shipping for items that are not in stock. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery times or quantities in stock.

Shipping Method:
Please note that we reserve the right to ship via a service other than the one chosen during checkout if the guaranteed delivery date is not later than the expected delivery date using the service chosen during checkout. In most cases, we will do this where the guaranteed delivery date using the service we choose is sooner than the expected delivery date for the service chosen during checkout. In such cases, no adjustment for any difference in the cost of the services will be made.

Some items may be drop shipped using a carrier other than the one you select. If that occurs, there will be no adjustments to the shipping charges calculated during checkout (in other words, there will be no surprises when it comes to shipping costs).

If you are ordering a product that has free shipping, please note any restriction on the delivery area and contact us prior to ordering if the shipping address is outside of the designated delivery area.

Canada Customs Duties, Taxes, And Custom Brokerage Fees:
If your order is being shipped to a Canadian address, you will have to pay Canada customs duties, taxes, and custom brokerage fees. These duties, taxes, and fees are not added to your order at checkout and will be collected by the carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) at the time of delivery.

Warranties:
New products are is sold with any warranty extended to the end user by the manufacturer. If you purchase a new product that proves to be defective, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Feel free to let us know if you have a problem with any manufacturer and we will try to assist you if possible.

Used products are sold as is, with no warranties.

Returns:
All returns must be authorized by us in advance.

If the return of an item is authorized, you will receive a credit once we receive the returned item and verify that it is complete, unused, and undamaged. The credit will be the amount you paid for the item (not including shipping) minus a restocking fee of 15%. You will have to pay all shipping and insurance charges associated with returning the item. Credits will not be issued for returned items that are incomplete, used, or damaged. All returned items must be returned with the original packing materials and documentation.
